A persona is generated from data collected from users, and from information about your target audience. It's a way to see the web application through the eyes of the users, from the perspective of their goals and interests.

We often produce a series of wireframes to describe the various steps through a website or web application. These wireframes detail which elements should appear on each screen, and provide the first impressions of how the application will flow. The wireframe also provides the blueprint for the web application, and informs the design process.

In good design, form follows function, and for a web application this is especially true. The graphic design determines how the web application will look; the layout, interface, colour scheme and typography are all developed during this phase. The goal of the design process is to produce an aesthetically pleasing experience, which strengthens the underlying workings of the web application.

We use the ExtJS framework to integrate controls such calendar-based date pickers, user friendly data grids, dynamic forms, tab management and advanced validation.
